Bradley is an environmental scientist and sustainable development professional working to conserve the natural ecosystems of The Bahamas. He holds two master’s degrees in biology and sustainable development. He was a Youth and Climate Ambassador for the Government of The Bahamas, a Chevening Scholar, and is now Disney’s Bahamas Conservation Program Manager. In the past, Bradley has studied carbon sequestration and plant productivity in restored prairie systems of Nebraska and Michigan with the hope of using them to produce ethanol fuels more sustainably. He went on to work in bird conservation at home, in The Bahamas, and helped elevate the Bahama Warbler to endangered species status after Hurricane Dorian extirpated them from one of the only two islands it inhabits. In his current role, Bradley leads marine and terrestrial conservation programs for his company in The Bahamas. He works to include as many stakeholders as possible in his company’s environmental conservation efforts as they seek to develop economically and socially sustainable conservation initiatives. In the past two years, his team has partnered with non-profit, for-profit, and governmental organizations to build capacity for and the understanding of conservation in The Bahamas.
